We live on a "pipe stem". This term is new to me but we feel very fortunate to be living on one. Pipe stems are driveways off of the road that lead to 2 homes. The other home in our pipe stem is owned by a wonderful older couple with children mine & Jimmy's age. Mister Bill is a retired Naval Captain and his wife Jane loves to make goodies for the boys. We feel so lucky to be living where we are and to be in such a great neighborhood.
